● For the best results we recommend gradual increase of session times; from 3-5 minutes in the first week, to 5-7 minutes in the second week, and eventually 7-15 minutes when you feel comfortable with your progression.
● We also recommend gradual increaseof firmness of the surfaces used during sessions, to improve range of motion as your treatments progress. For example, you may begin with a very soft surface like a couch or a bed, and gradually progress to firmer surfaces like a table or even a mat on the floor.
● The time of day you conduct the sessions depends on your lifestyle. Some people prefer using it just before bed to help them relax and others prefer using it in the morning to relieve stiffness and increase their range of motion.
